Rich's Car Wash - Airport

Purchased the upgrade for the Wax at this location. There was no employee working. Sat for more than 10 minutes when one employee came out and spoke to the car in front of us, several minutes later a second employee finally came and started working this part of the car wash.

Had to transfer my tag from one state to another and change my account. The teenage girl acted like she had never been asked a question in her life. I asked if there was an adult anywhere who could help me. She said there was not. The entire operation is run by teenagers who cannot do the basic functions. Very frustrating. Don’t leave kids in charge, unless they are trained.

Been coming to Rich’s on Airport Boulevard for six years. I get the wax treatment at least four times a year. Today was the first day entering the wax treatment bay that my entire vehicle was wiped down, and my entire vehicle sprayed with wax before entering the bay. Keelan did an excellent job. I hope everybody else gets him when they come to this car wash. I thought for years that it was just the way they did things by halfway spraying the car down with wax.

Would give this location zero stars if I could. Came through today needing to clean my car out and could not even accomplish my task because none of the vacuums worked. The two or three that did work barely had any suction. A whole entire row of vacuums were blocked off with yellow cones and there were barely enough spaces for people to fit and clean their cars. I am a paying member and pay monthly for this service and can barely use it because every time I come to this location there is something wrong with the vacuums or they’re turned off or they barely have any suction. The trash cans are usually overflowing to the point you can’t even throw your trash away without it falling onto the ground. The staff is a bunch of teenagers who don’t care. I will be canceling my membership first thing tomorrow because I’m just so over this location in the terrible service that they provide. Do not waste your money or your time and get a membership with MOD wash or something else in town that actually treats their customers right. Absolutely disgusting location and will never be back

2024.... Came by here at 1:50ish to find it closed off with no sign as to any reason. 2022...This place was nice before but the past month has gone down hill and maintenance is not being done. Many of the vacuums have cracks that reduce the efficiency of the vacuuming, garbage is not beginning taken care of throughout the day. I'll change my review once Rich's address the problems. Update. Since posting this review the place has done a better job of cleaning and replacing the broken tubes. Moving to 4 star.
